About Us
Welcome to NorthSouth Jiu Jitsu - a local gym built around quality training and a strong community. We care about showing up, putting the work in, and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable stepping onto the mats.
We offer classes for kids, teens, and adults, supporting everyone from those who love competing to those who train purely for the enjoyment, fitness, and challenge of Jiu Jitsu. Our coaching is structured, proven at competition level and designed to meet people where they’re at.
Our gym includes a dedicated training and recovery area with a sauna and strength and conditioning equipment, helping our members stay healthy, resilient, and consistent in their training.
Based in Cardiff and training people from Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and the Hunter Valley, we’re here to help you grow through Jiu Jitsu — on the mats and beyond.
